Retreats and Retreat Centres

Oxford Insight Meditation (formally Oxford Gaia House) and Mindfulness-West offer day retreats in Oxford and Stroud respectively.

For longer retreats, look on the Mindfulness CIC website, or on the Oxford Mindfulness Centre website.

Gaia House offers retreats in Devon (mostly around a week long) based on the Insight Meditation tradition – some specifically addressing the themes of the 8-week course.
